Refund and Returns Policy

1. Customized Products

   Since all Bullcroc name plates are made-to-order and fully customized, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Eligible Returns

    Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product does not match the confirmed order specifications
  • The wrong product was delivered

3. How to Raise a Return Request

    To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@bullcroc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Description of the issue

4. Refund Process

    Once your return is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with customer-submitted errors (spelling, design, dimensions)
  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Orders where return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

6. Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@bullcroc.com.
