1. Order Processing Time

   All orders at Bullcroc are custom-made. Standard processing time is 2–3 business days after order confirmation and payment. During peak seasons or for bulk orders, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Time

    Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Within Chennai: 1–2 business days
• Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 business days
• Pan India: 4–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.

4. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

    Bullcroc is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

6. Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

7. Damaged in Transit

    If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence at support@bullcroc.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
